How to book tickets with a 14-25s membership

• Once you have signed up to the 14-25s scheme, login to your account. Once logged in, please check that you have added a valid date of birth to your account. If your account does not have a date of birth, please update this (please note, this can take 24 hours to update on the system).
• Once logged in, visit a show webpage and select the seat you would like to book.
• Once selected, click on the black box that says 'selected tickets'.
• This box will show you a drop-down menu that says 'full price'. Click on the drop-down menu and select 14-25s Scheme. This should then reduce the ticket price to £5. If it doesn't, please check that you have updated your date of birth on your account. If the drop-down menu doesn't display the 14-25s Scheme, then the show either isn't included in the scheme or the 14-25 tickets have sold out.

Important information about the 14-25s scheme

• A maximum of 2 discounted tickets are available per production, per booker on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are purchasing a second ticket, please ensure it is for a young person aged 14–25. Ticket availability is limited for each production.
• If you are a parent or guardian booking on behalf of someone under 18, they will need an email address so you can create an account for them. This account must display the date of birth of the young person.
• Scheme membership must be renewed after 12 months. We will send a reminder when it’s time to renew.
• Tickets purchased through this scheme are exempt from booking fees.
