Oxford Playhouse has two hospitality rooms all that echo the Georgian origins of the building with large regency-style windows that allow the rooms plenty of natural light. The room layouts can be adapted to suit your preference, so if you were looking to host your child’s birthday party, hold a meeting, workshop or interview then this is the ideal location for you. All of the hospitality rooms can be set with additional facilities such as AV equipment or flipcharts at no extra cost.

The W Lucy Member’s Room

The W Lucy Member’s Room has the charm of a Georgian drawing room, with large windows overlooking Beaumont Street. This room is perfect for meetings, presentations, evening drinks, canapé receptions or team away days in a luxury central Oxford location. (Please note: the W Lucy Member’s Room is on the 1st floor, with no lift facilities.)

The Top Room

The Top Room is a larger bright studio-style space; a hidden gem in the heart of Oxford. This room can be used for drink & canapé receptions, large meetings, presentations or workshops. (Please note: the Top Room is on the 2nd floor, with no lift facilities.)
