Our Ticket Office remains closed to the public except for 3 hours before a live mainstage performance starts. It will close once the live show has started. Our Café Bar is also closed (refreshments for a live event are available to pre-order online at the same time as booking your ticket). Please collect all your refreshments from the pre-order collection point on arrival.
In person bookings are currently not available. Please book by telephone or online.
The Ticket Office phone line is open Tue to Fri 10am to 5pm. On Sat & Sun the Ticket Office phone line is closed unless a live mainstage performance is scheduled, when phone lines will open 3 hours before the start time. The Ticket Office phone line will close once the live show has started.
Please have your credit/debit card ready when calling. We accept Mastercard/Visa/Solo/Maestro. We regret we are unable to accept payment via American Express. On receipt of your tickets, please check the details are correct. All pre-paid tickets will be currently sent by email for you to show on your mobile device on entry.
Visit our What's On page and follow the simple instructions on screen. Confirmation of your booking and an e-ticket will be emailed from Oxford Playhouse. Online Booking is available until 3 hours before the performance.
Discounts when available can be booked online for Enjoy members, under 18s, over 60’s, full-time university students, and Universal Credit claimants. Some special offers and discounts for group discounts, cannot be booked online. To check, please call the ticket office on 01865 305 305.
Our secure ticketing system Spektrix, encrypts all your personal information. Our 3rd party payment processing company is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant.
Oxford Playhouse is able to exchange ticket(s), to the same value, if you find yourself unable to use them. To qualify for an exchange please inform the Ticket Office at least 24 hours prior to the advertised start time of the performance.
If you cannot attend a live event because you or a member of your household is showing the symptoms of COVID-19, you are entitled to either a full refund, or a credit, as long as you have contacted the Ticket Office up to 2 hours before the advertised start time of the performance.

SOLT Theatre Tokens are available for purchase in person from the Ticket Office.
Both Oxford Playhouse Vouchers and SOLT Theatre Tokens can be used to buy tickets for any performance at the Playhouse. Please note, SOLT Theatre Tokens cannot be used online - Please call 01865 305 305 to book.
