Monday to Saturday Open from 12 noon. If there is a morning show starting before 12 noon, we will open 90 minutes hours before the first performance starts. We will then remain open until the due start time of the last scheduled performance that day.

Please note we are currently not accepting cash in person at the Box Office, we can only accept payment by Card, Gift Voucher or SOLT Theatre Tokens. We cannot take bookings in person for future performances within 30 minutes of a show starting.
Please have your credit/debit card ready when calling. We accept Mastercard/Visa/Solo/Maestro. We regret we are unable to accept payment via American Express. On receipt of your tickets, please check the details are correct. All pre-paid tickets will be sent by email for you to show on your mobile device on entry.
If you don't have a mobile device, please let the Box Office know so that we can hold your tickets for collection.
Visit our What's On page and follow the simple instructions on screen. Confirmation of your booking and an e-ticket will be emailed from Oxford Playhouse. Online Booking is available until 3 hours before the performance.
Discounts when available can be booked online for Enjoy members, under 18s, over 60’s, full-time university students, and Universal Credit claimants. Some special offers and discounts for group discounts, cannot be booked online. To check, please call the Box Office on 01865 305 305.
Our secure ticketing system Spektrix, encrypts all your personal information. Our 3rd party payment processing company is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant.
Oxford Playhouse is able to exchange ticket(s), to the same value, if you find yourself unable to use them. To qualify for an exchange please inform the Box Office at least 24 hours prior to the advertised start time of the performance.
If you cannot attend a live event because you or a member of your household is showing the symptoms of COVID-19, you are entitled to either a full refund, or a credit, as long as you have contacted the Ticket Office up to 2 hours before the advertised start time of the performance.

SOLT Theatre Tokens are available for purchase in person from the Box Office.
Both Oxford Playhouse Gift Vouchers and SOLT Theatre Tokens can be used to buy tickets for any performance at the Playhouse. Oxford Playhouse Gift Vouchers can be used online. Please note, SOLT Theatre Tokens cannot be used online - Please call 01865 305 305.
Oxford Playhouse Credit Notes can now be used online (you need to be logged into your account in order to see your credit balance).
