At Oxford Playhouse we strive to make tickets as affordable as possible, with tickets starting from as little as £10. The following discounts are available on almost every production:
Please note, discounts are subject to availability and may not be available on all Price Bands. Discounts may not be available for some Friday/Saturday performances - Selected Music/Comedy events may also be excluded.
For Main Stage Student Shows all discounts excluding Disability and Groups must be booked prior to the week of the show. On the week, £1 off for under 18s and full time university students.

Online Booking is available until 30 minutes before the performance for Oxford Playhouse events & until approx 5.30pm for Burton Taylor Studio events.
Discounts when available can be booked online for Enjoy members, under 18s, over 60’s, full-time university students, and Job Seeker's allowance claimants. Some special offers and discounts for group discounts, and wheelchair spaces cannot be booked online. To check, please call 01865 305 305.
Our secure ticketing system Spektrix, encrypts all your personal information. Our 3rd party payment processing company is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant.
Online booking service is usually available until 4pm on the day of the performance. Confirmation of your booking will be emailed and tickets collectable from the relevant venue prior to the performance.
Tickets Oxford can only offer Exchanges / Credit to an event by the same organiser. Sometimes there will be no other event and so an exchange or credit is not possible. In all cases actual physical tickets must be returned at least 24 working hours prior to the performance to the Theatre Ticket Office at the Oxford Playhouse. Refunds are not given, unless the event itself is cancelled, in which case the Promoter of the event will be responsible for arranging refunds.
The ticket office at Oxford Playhouse on Beaumont Street is open for in person bookings Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm* or until 30 minutes after the start of the evening performance at Oxford Playhouse. On Sundays and Bank Holidays when there is a performance, the ticket office will open 2 hours before the performance, or at 10am for an 11am performance. We sell tickets for all Tickets Oxford events, Burton Taylor Studio and Playhouse performances.

Please note, due to staff shortages, the Ticket Office will open at 12 noon Monday - Saturday until the end of January 2019. Online bookings will be unaffected, but bookings in person and by telephone will only be possible from 12 noon till 6pm or half an hour after the performance start time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Oxford Playhouse Vouchers are available for purchase online, in person from the Ticket Office, or over the phone (01865 305305)
SOLT Theatre Tokens are available for purchase in person from the Ticket Office.
Both Oxford Playhouse Vouchers and SOLT Theatre Tokens can be used to buy tickets for any performance at the Playhouse. Please note, SOLT Theatre Tokens cannot be used online - Please call 01865 305 305 to book.
Please have your credit/debit card ready when calling. We accept Mastercard/Visa/Solo/Maestro. We regret we are unable to accept payment via American Express. On receipt of your tickets, please check the details are correct. All pre-paid tickets must be collected from the ticket office at least twenty minutes before the start of the performance.

Oxford Playhouse is able to exchange ticket(s) (to the same value) if you find yourself unable to use them for whatever reason. Oxford Playhouse can only exchange pre-collected ticket(s) that have actually been returned to the box office, or ticket(s) that are waiting for collection care of box office. You must inform Oxford Playhouse at least 24 working hours prior to the advertised start time of the event for which you are unable to use your tickets, which event you wish to exchange them for (subject to availability.)
