Oxford Playhouse today launches a new five-year strategic plan

Our new plan for 2026-31 is centered on a bold programme of theatre alongside an ambitious creative learning offer, while developing a more welcoming, sustainable and accessible building.

Following our critically acclaimed production of Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, we will continue to stage world-class theatre created by our skilled in-house production team, whilst prioritising underrepresented voices and forging national partnerships to bring innovative new work to the city.

Our five-year strategy has been shaped with feedback and input from audiences, staff, trustees, artists and the wider community. It will be the blueprint by which Oxford Playhouse will work to establish a culture of care, collaboration and ambition. We look forward to hearing what you think!
