Oxford Playhouse is partnering with Good Chance offering a development opportunity for someone interested in working in theatre and the arts, who comes from a refugee or asylum-seeking background.

This opportunity is specifically intended for individuals with lived experience of displacement due to seeking asylum or refuge. We welcome applications from individuals who are enthusiastic about the arts with both professional and non-professional experience.

How to apply

First, check you meet the eligibility criteria – as this programme is specifically designed to support individuals from displaced backgrounds, we kindly ask whether you identify as someone from a refugee or asylum-seeking background with lived experience of forced displacement. We ask this only to ensure the programme reaches the communities it is intended to support, and all information shared will be treated with care and confidence.

You will be asked to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK with an online check if you are shortlisted for interview.
