Oxford Playhouse is looking for a dynamic leader with a passion for developing strong systems and teams, and a proven track record in operations, to join the organisation as its new Operations Director.

As we launch our vision and strategy for the next five years, this is an incredibly exciting time to be joining Oxford Playhouse. The Operations Director will be part of the Senior Management Team, a strategic thinker and great communicator who will be able to lead and implement efficient systems for the smooth running of the charity. They will also play a key role in capital plans to make our buildings fully accessible and welcoming to all.
