Oxford Playhouse is looking for a dynamic leader with a passion for the arts, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in fundraising and donor relations to join the organisation as its Development Director.

As we launch our vision and strategy for the next five years, this is an incredibly exciting time to be joining Oxford Playhouse. The Development Director will shape a new development strategy for the organisation and lead on capital fundraising plans to make our buildings fully accessible and welcoming to all. We recognise that diversifying our thinking and identity will enable the greatest positive impact for the communities we serve.
