Having trouble resetting your password online? Here's a quick guide to talk you through it!
The password reset email containing the link will come from firstname.lastname@example.org and the subject will be ‘new password’ . You should receive this email within 15 minutes. Please check your junk/spam folder if it doesn't arrive. If the email is not in either folder, please telephone the Box Office on 01865 305 305. (Please note the link sent is only valid for 12 hours so you may need us to send you a new one).
Open the email and copy the temporary password (please see below for example).
Now click on the link at the top of the mail - ‘please click here to change your password'.
This will take you to the OP login screen. Please click 'Reset here' (please note you do not need to input your email address).
This will take you to the Forgotten Password screen. Please paste the temporary password into the 'Temporary Password' box. and click 'Continue to Reset Password' box.
This will take you to the 'Set your Password' screen. Here you are can set a new password of your choice filling in the two boxes and clicking 'change password'.
Press 'Continue' on this new screen
Your password update is completed, and you will now be directed to your account details. If you have any problems please do give us a ring on 01865 305 305 or send an email to email@example.com for further assistance.

Once you have successfully reset your password, please return to the performance link found in your booking confirmation email (if you booked before the 9th June) or on your e-ticket (if you booked from the 9th June).
