SHIFT is the latest jaw-dropping show from award-winning contemporary circus company Barely Methodical Troupe. Following their sell-out smash hits, Bromance and Kin, SHIFT’s four extraordinary performers test their physical limits in an explosive display of power-based acrobatics.

Altering perspectives, challenging gravity and spinning your head around, BMT’s unique blend of circus, acrobatic skills and contemporary dance features Cyr wheels, breakdance and hand balance to create an inspirational performance. Commissioned by Norfolk & Norwich Festival; co-produced by Norfolk & Norwich Festival and DREAM.
