REMOTE is an interactive live game interrogating the politics of choice, and decision-making in an immaterial world, saturated with technology.

This is a piece of game-theatre and it’s entirely led by you, the audience. As well as just being yourselves – you are also, together, playing a character, and you’ll be asked to make choices for her.

Fusing an interactive script with a live and responsive sound design, REMOTE is a mechanical theatre game, imagining the future.

  • Things I Know to be True

    Wed 27 - Sat 30 Sep

As beautifully touching as it is funny and bold, it tells the story of a family through the eyes of four grown siblings struggling to define themselves beyond their parents’ love and expectations. Parents Bob and Fran have worked their fingers to the bone and, with their four chil...

  • Instructions for Border Crossing

    Thu 28 - Sat 30 Sep

A twelve-year-old girl sneaks across the border of her own country. Her parents watch her on a computer screen. The works of a half-forgotten performance artist seem to hold the key to bringing down a brutal system operating on our behalf and under our noses. Do you join in? Or do you look the other way? From the maker of The Price of Everything and Going V...

  • Frogman

    Wed 4 - Fri 6 Oct

Queensland, Australia, 1995. Meera is eleven. It’s her first sleepover. Strawberry dunkaroos, SEGA Megadrive, and band practice descends into stories by torchlight, swapping coral fragments and theorising about the universe. Lights off. In the corner, the aquarium is beginning to glow. Outside in the coral reef, the Frogman dives by moonlight looking for traces of a missing child as bl...
