After the Watergate scandal of 1972 and his subsequent resignation, the world watched Nixon, without a trace of guilt, leave the White House.

British talk show host David Frost sets himself the challenge of taking on the disgraced politician in the first televised interviews since his resignation, hoping to give Nixon the trial he never had.

Aware that their careers and legacies are at stake, as well as the grievances of a nation, this political drama takes on all the atmosphere of a heavyweight boxing bout in which the protagonists go toe-to-toe in a battle of wits that could make or break their futures. Despite reservations about Frost’s capability, what unfolds is an unexpectedly candid and revealing interview before the court of public opinion.
