As part of the National Theatre Connections Festival 2024

Playhouse Youth Theatre is our platform for young people to develop their passion for performance, learn new skills and build confidence and friendships in a supportive setting.

Our Spring Term will see participants rehearse a performance for the National Theatre Connections Festival. Participants should be committed to all rehearsal and performance dates, including a performance at The North Wall in Summertown, in late April. As part of this project, our Youth Theatre group will connect with other regional youth theatres, and take part in workshops with industry professionals to develop their skills.

Additional Information

When you sign up for our Spring Term, you will receive a Participant Welcome Pack, to be completed and returned ahead of the first session. Please note, this term will see our Youth Theatre group take part in the National Theatre Connections project, which will see session dates fall outside of the usual structure of the term. Intro Session: Tue 12 Dec, 5pm to 7pm
Tue 9, 16, 23 & 30 Jan, Tue 5 Feb, 5pm to 7pm
Tue 13, Wed 14, & Thu 15 Feb, 2pm to 5pm (Half Term week)

Tue 20 & 27 Feb, Tue 5, 12 & 19 Mar, 5pm to 7.30pm

BT Studio Performance: Sun 24 Mar, Times TBC

Tue 26 Mar, Tue 9, 16 & 23 Apr, 5pm to 7pm

NT Connections Festival: Fri 26, Sat 27 & Sun 28 Apr, Times TBC
