OXFORD PLAYHOUSE IS 80!
During our anniversary year, we want to raise an additional £120,000…
To increase the number of young people we work with to 30,000 a year, offer free and affordable projects for schools and tour theatre to the more isolated parts of the county.
To launch a new era of Oxford Playhouse productions that re-imagine the classics and create new classics of our own. This year alone we are co-producing innovative productions of Othello, Women in Power, Wise Children and The Remains of the Day, all touring nationally and beyond.
To invest in new work by theatre artists, supporting them from first rehearsal to first night, and in the process cultivating Oxford as a home of new ground-breaking theatre.

Whether you have a special memory of the Playhouse, are a fan of our work with emerging artists, support our work with local young people and the community, or whether you just love theatre in general we ask our audience to make this small voluntary donation to ensure that we can remain a Playhouse for Everyone.
You will be asked to make a donation to the 80th Anniversary Campaign when you buy a ticket for shows at Oxford Playhouse. Thank you!
