Opportunities for producing are limited at Oxford Playhouse. Other producing theatres include: West Yorkshire Playhouse, The Royal Court and Soho Theatre.
Q - Would you be interested in taking my show?
A - We are happy to look at submissions for professional touring work. Productions must be suitable for the Playhouse (a middle scale venue with 600 seats) or the Burton Taylor Studio (a 50 seat space) and of the highest quality. On the Main Stage we programme full weeks of drama, with the occasional split week with dance, music, comedy etc and programme roughly 6-9 months in advance. In the studio we programme a variety of events, including scratch nights, new writing, music, comedy and work for families, and programme roughly 6 months in advance. Please send information to:
