Performance Receptions
Celebrate or entertain at a Playhouse performance.
Hosting a reception for friends, family or guests alongside a Playhouse performance can be a memorable and inspiring occasion. If you're looking to gather either an intimate or large group, for pleasure or business, our space can be dressed to provide the ideal setting.
Ensuring you have the chance to greet your guests before the show, the rooms are available up to an hour before the performance begins, with invitation to return at the interval; giving time for your party to relax and enjoy the whole experience.
Our first floor Hospitality Room can be provide an elegant reception space for up to 30 guests standing, whilst the second floor Top Room can similarly accommodate up to 80 people.
To cater for your guest we offer five styles of events:
Drinks Receptions
Enjoy pre-show and interval drinks with your guests. Make your selection from our Drinks List and we’ll present your choice in either of our rooms ahead of your arrival.
Drinks Receptions are serviced by one of our event assistants and can be booked when purchasing your tickets via our Ticket Office. The room is charged at £50 for the evening, starting from one hour before the performance and including the interval. Once your booking is mad, you’ll be contacted to confirm your choices.
Canapé Receptions
Chose one of our all-inclusive Canapé Reception packages, serviced by a team of event assistants to create an exclusive evening of entertainment for between 15-80 people.
Fork Supper Receptions
Our Fork Suppers, offers a simple occasion for up to 30 people to enjoy a warming bowl of home-cooked food, whilst providing the chance for everyone to circulate and meet in relaxed surroundings.
Dinner Party
Host a unique experience, by having your guests join you for a private Dinner Party held in our Hospitality Room. Choose a two or three-course menu to be served pre-show or around a performance.
Special Occasions
Make your Playhouse visit a Special Occasion with our ticket and hospitality package for four people.
