Booking Online
Visit our What's On page and follow the simple instructions on screen. Confirmation of your booking will be emailed and tickets collectable from the Playhouse. This service is available until 30 minutes before the performance for Oxford Playhouse & Burton Taylor Studio events.
Discounts when available can be booked on line for Enjoy members, under 18s, over 60’s full time students, ES40s, BECTU & Equity members.
Some special offers and discounts for standbys, group discounts, wheelchair spaces and the early bird offer cannot be booked online.
Our secure server software (EV SSL SGC) encrypts all your personal information including credit and debit card number and your name and address. Our booking software is designed to be PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant.
Tickets Oxford Events
Online booking service is available until 4pm on the day of the performance. Confirmation of your booking will be emailed and tickets collectable from the relevant venue prior to the performance.
Tickets Oxford can only offer refunds and exchange as instructed by individual promoters - please refer any queries to the promoter.
Booking in person
The ticket office at Oxford Playhouse on Beaumont Street is open Monday to Saturday 10am to 6 pm or until 30 minutes after the start of the evening performance and from 2 hours before performances on Sundays and Bank Holidays. We sell tickets for all Tickets Oxford events, Burton Taylor Studio and Playhouse performances.
Vouchers & Theatre Tokens
Oxford Playhouse vouchers and SOLT Theatre Tokens are available for purchase in person from the ticket office and can be used to buy tickets for any performances at the Playhouse.

Please have your credit/debit card ready when calling. We accept Mastercard/Visa/ Solo/ Maestro. On receipt of your tickets, please check the details are correct. All pre-paid tickets must be collected from the ticket office at least twenty minutes before the start of the performance.
