- All bookings are made via a secure server so you can be sure
that your details remain safe at all times.
- On completing your booking you will be sent an email confirmation
which must be presented at Burton Taylor Studio box office when collecting your
tickets.

In Person
- Tickets for productions at the Burton Taylor Studio can be
purchased at The Oxford Playhouse Box Office, Beaumont Street,
from Monday to Saturday 10am to 5.30pm.
- Tickets which remain unsold will go on sale at the Burton Taylor Box Office half an hour before the scheduled start time of the respective performance. We can only take cash or cheques on the door.

where our staff will be pleased to assist you.
By Phone
- To make your booking by telephone, please call the Box Office
on 01865 305305. There are eight lines in to our box office and
all calls are answered in strict rotation.
By Fax
- You may also fax us your booking on 01865 305335. Please provide
a contact name, address and telephone number.
Useful Information When Buying At The Box Office
- We accept Visa / Mastercard / Maestro and Solo. Please have your
card ready if calling.
- Cheques are payable to 'Oxford Playhouse Trust'
- All pre-paid tickets must be collected at the Burton Taylor Studio
least 20 minutes before the start of the performance.
- On receipt of your tickets, please check the details are correct.
If there are any problems, call Box Office for clarification.
- Please advise the Box Office as soon as possible before the
performance if you are not able to attend as we may be able to
exchange your ticket or offer credit for a future visit. A charge
of 50p per ticket will be made. Tickets will not normally be refunded.
- Please note that doors to the studio itself only open 5 minutes before the due start time of the performance.
Data Protection
When processing your booking Box Office staff
will ask you for your name, address and telephone number. This information
is for administrative purposes and may be used to keep you informed
of forthcoming events. In the case of sales for other venues you
may receive information from the event promoter. We may also pass
on your details to other carefully selected organisations. The Oxford
Playhouse Trust Ltd is a registered charity and we occasionally
contact our audiences as part of our fund
