Information regarding your booking, whether made online or offline, can be found below.
Booking Online
- You may book for productions taking place at the Oxford Playhouse online, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
- All bookings are made via a secure server so you can be sure that your details remain safe at all times.
- On completing your booking you will be sent an email confirmation
which must be presented at the box office when collecting your
tickets.
- Concessions are available online for Under 18's, Over 60's, Full-Time Students (Valid Photo ID is required), those receiving Benefit.
- Please note that some concessions and offers cannot be booked via the website these include Earlybird, Standbys, special offers as well as BECTU and Equity concessions.
Additional concessions for Under 18's, Over 60's, Full-Time Students (Valid Photo ID is required), those receiving Benefit when booking during the week of a performance are unavailable online.

Security StatementWhen asked to enter personal details such as your credit card number our secure web site will show a closed padlock icon at the bottom of your browser window.
Our secure server software (SSL) encrypts all your personal information including credit and debit card number and your name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.
Our secure server software has been optimised for Internet Explorer and all versions of Netscape 4 and above. If you are using any other browser, check that the browser you are using can encrypt the data before entering personal details into a form.

In Person
During opening hours, tickets can be purchased directly from the Box Office for both events taking place the Playhouse, as well as other events being sold through Tickets Oxford.
